You: Screenshot · website form · 9:02 PMDana R.Looking for a price to paint 3 bedrooms and the hallway. Walls only. Hoping to have it done before Nov 6.

You: New one from the website. Can you write back for me?

Animated demo · made-up customers and numbers

The week it takes off your plate.

Six jobs that pile up between the real work, and what CrewBuddy does with each one.

  1. Mon · 9:04 PMNo. 01

    A new lead after dinner

Send a screenshot or forward the message from your website, Angi, Thumbtack or Yelp. CrewBuddy writes a first reply with two questions that help you price the job and a clear next step, ready to send from your phone while the customer is still looking.

Works from a screenshot or a forwarded message

  2. Tue · 7:10 AMNo. 02

    Estimates that went quiet

CrewBuddy keeps a list of the estimates you have sent: who, what, how much and when. It writes a check-in for day 2, 7 and 14 and can remind you when one is due. After day 14, it asks you before writing again.

Works from the estimates you tell it about

  3. Wed · 4:30 PMNo. 03

    Job notes and photos

Send your notes, a voice note or a few photos from the job. You get a short summary for the customer and a private record for your files, as a PDF if you want one. Notes can become a clean estimate with your own prices, too.

Works from your notes, photos and price list

  4. Thu · 5:15 PMNo. 04

    Reviews

When a job wraps up, CrewBuddy writes a short, friendly note asking for a review, with your Google review link. When a review comes in, send it over and get a reply that mentions something real from the job.

Works from your review link and the review text

  5. Fri · 8:00 AMAdd-on

    Slow-season Google ads

CrewBuddy reads your Google Ads results: spend, clicks, calls and what people actually searched. It blocks searches that waste money and builds new Search campaigns for the work you want more of. New campaigns are saved paused, and you switch them on in Google Ads.

Works from your own Google Ads account

  6. Any dayNo. 06

    Rain days and running late

When the weather moves a day or a job runs long, CrewBuddy reads your calendar and drafts a short text for each customer it affects, with the new time or two dates to offer. It also writes the plan you forward to your crew.

  • Show the searches people typed before they clicked.
  • Block searches that waste money with negative keywords.
  • Build a paused Search campaign for the work you want more of.
  • Pause a campaign or keyword that costs money without bringing calls.

Schedule and your website

  • Draft texts to move outside jobs when rain is coming.

Add-on modules

Not part of any plan. We agree on each module’s price before you start.

  • Website module. We update the site you have or build a new one, with 4 edits a month and a preview before a change goes live. A new site has a $499 setup. More
  • Google Ads module. Google Search ads built and kept up. Ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google. More
  • Cold email module. Cold email to property managers and builders from your own Instantly account. You pay Instantly, the sending domain and inboxes directly. More

Individual hours on Care are $175 an hour ($43.75 per 15 minutes). Extra time beyond the included hours on Managed or Full Service is $125 an hour ($31.25 per 15 minutes). Compare all plans on Plans and pricing. More answers on Questions.

Set up with you.
Supported as you go.

We set CrewBuddy up on your phone with your services, prices and service area, plus a few messages you have written, so drafts sound like you. Support is included in every plan, and if something we set up breaks, we fix it at no charge. Managed and Full Service add 1 or 2 hours of human support a month, as 15-minute credits. Support is open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, with a reply within two support hours. Your domain, website and ad accounts stay in your name. CrewBuddy is powered by Queva and made by Agent Lead Engine.

How setup works
I’m not good with computers. Can I use it?

If you can send a text, you can use it. We set it up with you on your phone. Send a voice note or type a few words, read what comes back and reply with any changes.

Does it answer my phone or text my customers?

No. CrewBuddy cannot answer calls, and it does not text customers from your number. It writes the reply and you send it from your own phone.

What if it gets something wrong?

It can. Read names, prices and dates before you send anything. Text it the fix and it rewrites the draft. If something keeps going wrong, tell us and we look at it with you.

I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro.

Keep it. With Logins on, CrewBuddy can work inside Jobber or Housecall Pro after we check your account during setup. Screenshots and exports also work, and are how it reads ServiceTitan and QuickBooks. If what you already pay for covers the job, we will tell you.

Will it get me more jobs?

No one can promise more jobs, more leads, a top spot on Google or a number of replies. CrewBuddy does the replies, check-ins, review requests and ad upkeep that slip in a busy week.

When can I get support?

Every day, 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, and we reply within two support hours. Every plan includes support: help when something is not working, answers to your questions, and fixes at no charge for anything we set up that breaks. Managed adds 1 hour of human support a month and Full Service 2 hours, as 15-minute credits, each for one fix, change or question handled by a person. On Care, individual hours are $175 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments ($43.75). Extra time beyond the included hours on Managed or Full Service is $125 an hour ($31.25 per 15 minutes).

Is cold email included?

No. Cold email is an optional add-on module, not part of any CrewBuddy plan, and we agree on its price before you start. We set it up in your own Instantly account, with a separate sending domain and your own list. See the cold email module.

Are these conversations connected to real accounts?

No. The conversations on this page are animated examples with made-up customers, prices and ad numbers. No accounts are connected and nothing is sent.

Not a contractor?

We set up the same kind of assistant for other businesses, with its own guides and recipes.
